Stanton Hudmon, CCIM

Stanton has been active in retail real estate since 1991, serving the needs of various retailers throughout North Florida. Stanton has closed more than 700 retail real estate transactions totaling over $350 million in deal volume.  Prior to the formation of Pine Street/RPS, LLC, Stanton oversaw the brokerage office of Trammell Crow Company. While at Trammell Crow, every consecutive year he was the top producer for the North Florida office and was also recognized as the top overall retail broker in Florida. Clients include Biggby Coffee, Capital Tacos, Capriotti’s, CarMax, Cooper’s Hawk, Fantastic Sam’s, Grease Monkey, Kairos Greek Kitchen, Marco’s Pizza, Mission BBQ, PeiWei, Shipley Do-Nuts, SuperCuts, Taco Bell, The Great Greek, Whataburger and a variety of local and regional restaurants, retailers and other property owners.  Stanton is a member of the Retail Brokers Network Executive Board, a group of 60 elite retail firms across the U.S.,  and will be president in 2025.

Mark Wainwright

Mark Wainwright, a native of Jacksonville, has worked within the commercial real estate market since 1988. Beginning his career with Motorola C&E, Inc., as a sales representative, Account Executive and Zone Sales Manager. Following 11 successful years at Motorola, Mark made a career change to commercial real estate with Atlantic Commercial Properties before joining Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group as a member of the industrial team. In 2001, Trammell Crow Company hired Wainwright as Vice President of Commercial services responsible for North Florida, which included project leasing, market studies and brokerage. Mark has been involved in over $800,000,000 in lease and sales transactions in Jacksonville, representing companies such as J.P. Morgan, McKesson, Sunbelt Rentals, USPS, SEMCO, Heogh Auto Liners, Ryder Logistics, Benco Dental, Hertz Penske Truck Rental, AMB Property Corporation, PODS, and Tire Centers. Mark graduated from Florida State University.

William Easton

Mac Easton has resided in Jacksonville since 1991 and began his career with Environmental Services Inc., a leading southeast environmental land planning firm. Easton later joined Reynolds, Smith & Hills, Inc. to continue his career as an environmental consultant. In 1997 he joined Easton, Sanderson & Company (ESC), a Jacksonville based industrial brokerage and management company. During his tenure with ESC Easton assisted with and controlled the syndication of several (over 50) properties and partnerships. Easton remains focused on the acquisition of real estate assets and providing value for his select group of clients. Mac is a graduate of Florida International University (FIU), Class of 1991.

Joe Indriolo

Joseph Indriolo has been active in commercial real estate since 2004, when he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. He brings with him a background in accounting, coupled with an extensive knowledge in the construction industry. In addition to his brokerage business, Joe manages a real estate fund that acquires distressed assets and oversees the property management, which currently includes approximately 1.05 million square feet. Joe graduated from John Carroll University, Class of 2003

Casey Tafuri

Casey joined our company in 2012 and works under the Pine Street/RPS affiliate real estate firm, Compass Property Services, Inc.  He handles all aspects of real estate, but primarily focuses on the acquisition and re-development of distressed properties.  Prior to entering real estate, Casey played college soccer at Jacksonville University and graduated in 2012.

Wayne Brooke

Wayne has been active in commercial real estate since 2018 when he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. He helps manage all aspects of the operations and maintenance of 2,000,000± SF of commercial property management. In addition to property management, Wayne also works with clients and owners in the development, purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.

Andrew Kurtz

Andrew Kurtz, a native of Jacksonville, has been with Pine Street since he graduated from Florida State University in 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Beginning as the office assistant, he has transitioned into helping manage over 2,000,000± square feet, assisting in brokerage transactions, and overseeing our accounting, marketing and social media department.  

Summer Wainwright, SIOR

Summer joined Pine Street in November 2020 and specializes in industrial sales and leasing, assisting both Landlords and Tenants, for Northeast Florida and surrounding markets. She is a Northeast Florida native and graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Pine Street, Summer worked at ADP in the small business department assisting with the sales of payroll, worker’s compensation, and retirement services, and was ultimately promoted to District Manager. Since the commencement of her career at Pine Street Summer has had the pleasure of representing a number of clients, including Safelite Auto Glass and Generac Power Systems.

Jack Robison

Jack has been active in real estate since 2020. He works at the brokerage alongside Stanton Hudmon in retail real estate, assisting retailers in their expansion needs and retail property owners in the sale or leasing of their properties. In 2006, Jack co-founded a popular natural foods grocery store in Jacksonville, FL that continues to serve the community. Jack has hands-on experience as a retailer, and understands the needs of a property owner with his investments in various commercial buildings.

Leah Geraci

Leah Geraci began working at Pine Street RPS in 2020 as an intern where she gained hands-on experience, learning the intricacies of the business and developing a strong understanding of the market dynamics. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2024. Leah is currently working in the retail and residential business. Whether it’s assisting first-time homebuyers in navigating the complex process or working with seasoned investors to maximize their returns, Leah strives to exceed expectations and ensure complete satisfaction. 

Katie Mesiano

Katie Mesiano, a native of Jacksonville, started her career in Property Management after graduating from Florida State University in 2021. Prior to working at Pine Street, she was a part of the multifamily property management world where she managed 900 residential units, 10 retail storefronts, and a staff of 20. Now at Pine Street, she works to help manage the 2,000,000+ square feet of commercial space, assisting at the site and administrative level. She also specializes in research of residential market trends and pricing strategies.

Chris Gardner

Chris, a native of Jacksonville, has a deep-rooted passion for property maintenance and management. Joining Mac Easton’s team in 2018, he developed and honed his skills in property upkeep and ensuring smooth operations. His dedication to retail properties has propelled him to his current role under Stanton Hudmon in the retail sector of Pine Street. Chris is also a proud member of the Retail Business Network (RBN).

In addition to his professional endeavors, Chris is advancing his education as a student at the University of North Florida, where he is committed to expanding his knowledge and expertise in the field. Concurrently, he serves as the Director of Operations at Performance Storage, where he oversees and manages the facility’s day-to-day activities. In this role, Chris has developed a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring that tenants’ needs are met and their inventory is well taken care of.
